3 Age Restriction

6 Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on the tk3636 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on tk3636.

6.1 Sports Betting

7 Account Closure

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Account registered or operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at tk3636 staff or other players.

Where an account is closed by tk3636 due to confirmed Terms violation, any balance held in the account — including winnings derived from the violating conduct — may be forfeited. Any real-money balance unconnected to the breach will be returned to the relevant payment method subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

8 Limitation of Liability

tk3636 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
